Here at Highfalutin Furry Babies we like to think we are a bit different from the rest. It's not because we thrive on matching the perfect puppies to the perfect families or because we make sure that every single puppy that leaves us comes from genetically health tested parents. What sets us apart from the typical breeder is my daughter, Lexie, and her heart for giving to those in need. Lexie was 8 years old when she dreamed of doing something bigger and better than we could have ever imagined. Lexie's dream is to make a difference in the world and we believe it originates from the challenges she has had herself. Lexie was born profoundly deaf and has seen first hand the struggle that families have to go through to get a puppy that is health tested and trained to become an assistance dog. The wait lists and financial stakes are so high. Knowing all of this, Lexie decided that our family could breed happy, healthy, beautiful puppies and give them to children and families in need. Whether it be a dog to help someone with Autism, Down's Syndrome, PTSD, seizer alert, brain injury, high anxiety, hearing impairment, severe allergies, or any other hurdle that prevents a child or adult from being able to express themselves, she wants to help. This dream was something that came from her heart. As her mother I aspire to whole-heartedly support her dream. I know as a family we can reach out and really make a difference in someone's life, ultimately giving a family a life changing gift. Because of Lexie, Highfalutin Furry Babies gives one puppy from every litter of puppies we have to a very special and deserving child or adult in need.
We are a family of 5 that lives in the sunny state of Florida. We have two girls, Lexie and Emme, and a son, Preston. We have resided in Florida since 2011 and definitely have had to get used to the summers coming from Michigan. We have settled quite nicely and enjoy all that the state has to offer. My husband and I help daily tasks of Highfalutin Furry Babies (because its a full time job) and care for our children and "furry babies”. Our family has always had a dog (even before our children where born). Growing up, having a dog was all that we knew. Animals, in general, have always been the center of conversation here in our home.
We seek to stay connected with all of the families that join our extended family here at Highfalutin Furry Babies. We are here for you and ask that you reach out to us and let us know what we can do to help in any way that we can. Please browse over our entire website for referrals, helpful information, and spend some time getting to know what we are all about. We are very careful as to whom we choose to allow to bring one of our Bernedoodles home. This is a big step and we want you to know that we are committed to answering your questions and welcoming you and your family into becoming part to ours!

Here at the "Highfalutin Furry Baby Farm", we encourage romping and playing with all that nature has to offer. Sitting on enough land to incorporate early life lessons, we expose our "furry babies" to all that these small bundles of fluff want to learn & explore.
