The buyer agrees that their “furry baby” will be housed indoors at all times and will never have their “furry baby” in a warm car.
The buyer agrees to feed their “furry baby” only premium quality food and snacks.
The buyer agrees to keep their “furry baby” at a healthy weight at all stages of life, no exceptions.
The buyer agrees to make and keep annual veterinary appointments for their “furry baby” and keep all immunizations current, as well as maintaining a regular schedule for heartgard and frontline.
The buyer is encouraged to provide obedience training with their “furry baby” throughout their developmental stages. This is extremely important, not only does this socialize your little one, but it also gives them structure and helps them to understand that you are boss!
The buyer agrees to postpone strenuous, repetitive exercise or activities (agility, long walks, hiking, jogging) until their “furry baby” is at least 2 years of age. This type of activity is hard on the joints/hips in large breeds and will nullify the health warranty.
If the buyer cannot keep their “furry baby”, or other circumstances arise, your “furry baby” shall be returned to Highfalutin Furry Babies regardless of age. No refunds will be issued; regardless of the age, and the “furry baby” will be rehomed. If the “furry baby” is at any time, found to be neglected, kept in a poor state, or maintenance of health is not being met, your “furry baby's” contract will be considered null and void.
The buyer promises that their “furry baby” will never be sold taken to a shelter, animal pound, research facility, laboratory, pet store, or placed online for adoption.
The buyer understands and agrees that this “furry baby” is not being sold on a trial basis. Please understand the care commitment that it takes to care and love your “furry baby”, and consider that the average lifespan is 12-16 years. With lots of love, patience, and commitment, you will live a long-time, loyal family member and companion.
"We just can't thank the Marshall family enough for giving us our beautiful puppy to be a companion/therapy dog for our son Hunter who has autism. Alicia immediately told me that she would pick a puppy out for my son that she felt would be beautiful, smart, healthy, and well adjusted. He was raised with love before coming to our home and it shows in his behavior and in how well he's doing with training. Thank you so very much Alicia."
